One on One Sessions:  Survive and Thrive Package

After three months, you will have attained:

• MAIN GOAL #1: Formulate a clearly defined set of strategies for managing the influx of emotions at work. Create a package that defines everyday routines, what to do when you are overwhelmed, what to do when someone “attacks” you, and what to do when your colleagues are constant asking for help and advice.
• MAIN GOAL #2: Frame clearly defined vision for your career, focusing on your “why” and highlighting your strengths in your chosen profession while managing your areas for growth

• Approach:

• 90 minute kickoff session to uncover greatest strengths / biggest areas for growth
• In depth assessment and 360 review of your skills and struggles, with a deeper look at your empathy/HSP state
• 90 day AND 1 year action plans
• 3 months of biweekly phone calls/video calls with recordings to enable review
• Biweekly accountability emails
• Packet of worksheets, activities, exercises, articles, book recommendations
• Membership to private Facebook group

One on One Sessions:  Get Promoted Package

After six months, you will have attained: 

• MAIN GOAL #1: Formulate a clearly defined set of strategies for managing the influx of emotions at work. Create a package that defines everyday routines, what to do when you are overwhelmed, what to do when someone “attacks” you, and what to do when your colleagues are constant asking for help and advice.
• MAIN GOAL #2: Frame clearly defined vision for your career, focusing on your “why” and highlighting your strengths in your chosen profession while managing your areas for growth
• MAIN GOAL #3: Devise a detailed plan for growing your career brand by leveraging your intuition and emotional intelligence. Use these very gifts to expand listening skills, make smart “gut” decisions and improve communication—all towards displaying your leadership.
• MAIN GOAL #4: Develop a detailed framework for getting promoted, examining how individuals get promoted within your organization and identifying advocates to aid your trajectory while directly addressing any hindering roadblocks to promotion.
